**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA Finance related areas as implementation consultant.
- Required knowledge:

- SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance expert in core modules (New GL, AR, AP, AA).
- Experience in Management Accounting (Controlling) or other SAP Finance components highly desirable such as Group Reporting, Real Estate, Central Finance.
- Experience in implementation / conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Mexican and other localizations in Latin America highly desirable.
- ABAP / development skills for debugging and tracing. ABAP optimization is highly desirable.
- English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities.
- Ready to travel for assignments (short term).

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

As SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) consultant you will support Latin American customers on their SAP S/4HANA adoption projects; as well as lived customers that needs to optimize business process, monitor operations, upgrade existing systems, etc., through the support from SAP Premium Engagement services.

The CoE Senior S/4HANA Finance Consultant must be able to accompany customers executing S/4HANA implementation projects with SAP Partners. Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project:

- In the Discover and Prepare phases, consultant must demonstrate business benefits to adopt S/4HANA, provide recommendations about best transition path and support customer on architecture definition.
- As part of support provided in Explore and Realize phases, consultant must conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage interviews and functional documents (blueprint / workshops / meetings / user stories).
- Propose recommendations to optimize business processes in Deploy phase, from a technical and functional perspectives.
- Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
- Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating S/4HANA.

**EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Finance or similar

**LOCATION**
Mexico City

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
Spanish - Fluent in both spoken and written (mandatory)

English - Proficient in both spoken and written (mandatory)

Portuguese - desirable
