**PLANEADOR DE PRODUCCIÓN** **OBJETIVO** - Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los clientes y de la empresa. - Asegurar que el funcionamiento del almacén apoye eficazmente a los departamentos pertinentes. **RESPONSABILIDADES** - Gestionar el trabajo planificado según el calendario. - Colaborar con el departamento de ventas para asegurar el cumplimiento de la demanda. - Coordinar con el departamento de compras para garantizar que los materiales cumplan con los requisitos de producción. - Analizar el estado de los materiales para las órdenes de trabajo, destacando materiales críticos o escasos que puedan afectar la producción. - Mantener la nueva ruta del proyecto, la versión de producción, ejecutar el cálculo de costos y liberarlos. - Analizar la capacidad de producción, las horas extraordinarias y su aplicación. - Calcular los ingresos estimados mensuales y analizar las causas de posibles retrasos. - Verificar el estado de las órdenes de trabajo, controlar los tiempos de espera, gestionar órdenes pequeñas y cerrar órdenes antiguas. - Agilizar los lotes urgentes ("lotes calientes") y trabajar con las áreas correspondientes para resolver problemas. - Corregir problemas de costos mensuales. - Actualizar los tiempos estándar (STD) en SAF. - Crear y mantener puestos de trabajo según sea necesario, controlar la estandarización de las rutas de producción. - Establecer la jerarquía de puestos y fijar la capacidad. - Ejecutar los cambios de ingeniería (ECN) en SAP. - Cerrar oportunamente las órdenes de trabajo una vez terminadas. - Mejorar la capacidad y competencias del equipo de trabajo. - Aplicar la metodología de gestión 5S. - Asegurar que la operación del equipo PPS esté alineada con la política de la empresa. - Cumplir con otras tareas asignadas por el Director de Operaciones. **REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO** - Formación universitaria en negocios, logística, cadena de suministro o economía. - +5 años de experiência en procesos de planificación, control de materiales y gestión de almacén. - Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel). - Dominio de SAP o sistemas ERP similares. - Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
