WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As our Territory IBP Director, you will lead our robust Integrated Business Planning ecosystem and engagement model through which you will ensure operational plans are aligned and serve a healthy marketplace. You will drive alignment, decisions and actions that result in achievement of our business results and delivery of our enterprise strategies.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will work to drive a cohesive Integrated Business Planning ecosystem; aligning cross functional plans that effectively support long term sustainable and profitable growth while maintaining a healthy marketplace to serve the consumer. Proactively identify misalignment of plans or risks to maintaining a healthy marketplace and supply position.
You will lead the IBP engagement model, including Executive and Management meetings forums through a regularly structure cadence and enabling cross functional collaboration. Drive alignment and ensure timely decisions/actions are taken effectively to run the business.
You will synthesize and articulate compelling insights and escalations to influence decisions that delivers sustainable and profitable growth.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders (GM, Finance, Marketplace, Marketing, Planning, Inventory, etc.) to analyze, elevate, gather feedback and integrate assumptions to address risks & opportunities relative tot he operating plans.
Influence, direct, engage, and mentor partners to ensure an environment where various functional perspectives are understood and driven toward an aligned direction.
Drive proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure timely awareness of key risks/issues.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8-9 years directly relevant work experience
- E2E Planning Expertise - inclusive of retail sales, demand, supply, inventory, Rev/Margin, and Operations
- Risk/Trade Off Identification & Decision Making: Evaluate risks/opportunities, quantify benefits/losses, and enable decision making
