The Product Owner has a significant role in realizing the vision of the product strategy and ensuring that products and services are developed with the needs of our customers in mind. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with product, design, technology, program, business, regions, marketing, compliance and legal.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Hands on experience in both upstream product and service definition, and downstream product development and execution.
- Ability to own and build 0-1 products/features while working backwards from a delightful customer experience.
- Should be a proponent of Simplicity across the customer experience and processes.
- Working with UI/UX teams to bring engaging user experiences to life.
- Experience using agile scrum methodology drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- Assessing opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators and partner with analytics team to measure success.
- Understanding product alternatives and working with multi-disciplined teams to understand trade-offs and put value on alternatives. You will define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.
- Manage products through the product development lifecycle ensuring that proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance and Privacy.
- Coordinate with our global operations and marketing teams to ensure successful GTM execution.

**Role Requirements**
- 5 years of professional experience, with previous work experience as a Product Owner for 2-4 years.
- Good understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle. Strong understanding of data driven technical product management. Good understanding of how mobile apps and web systems work with basic knowledge of systems design.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach.
- Understanding of complex product environment and dependencies.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.
- Mentoring, coaching, and team building skills. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
