**Regional Sales Manager**
**Description**:
- Manages territory via regular sales calls and onsite visits on key accounts to achieve Hendrickson product preference over competitive products.
- Keeps Hendrickson management apprised of all significant opportunities/market developments including details of competitive programs. Completes all call, activity, and expense reports on a timely basis.
- Resolves commercial issues, including warrantee, price discrepancies and credit problems.
- Attends all industry trade shows, open houses etc. as directed by Hendrickson management.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System based on IATF STANDARD 16949 within the processes and procedures applicable to the position.
**Educational and training**:
- College Degree in Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Administration or similar.
- MBA desirable.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years in commercial vehicle industry with a recognized manufacturer, distributor or large repair facility required. Experience consisting of sales and territory management, field sales work, and/or trailer OEMs, fleets and dealers
- Computer skills - MS Office, AS400.
- MRP, AS400.
- Microsoft Office.
- Advance English, minimum 90%.
