Overview:
As an Infrastructure and Procurement Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the adequate functionality and the correct safety measure for our MX facilities including critical equipment such as UPS, high precision AC and power generator. You will coordinate the procurement activity for our MX operation from end to end including Vendor scouting, onboarding, pricing negotiations, Purchase Order processing, and Invoice tracking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the Procurement and Infrastructure teams
- Responsible for planning and performing remodels and modifications to existing facilities. This includes cost estimating, soliciting multiple bids, general layout design, and contract management.
- Oversee external Vendors delivering maintenance support to ensure the support provided meets the safety, security, and quality standards.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain and continuously improve the tracking of data and information required for STPS audits.
- Manage an overall budget for facilities maintenance and procurement-related activities.
- By executing regular surveys, evaluate the internal CSAT scores to determine the necessary corrective actions to be implemented.
- Examine and test existing Vendors.
- Collaborate and partner with the accounting team to ensure a correct alignment to Fiscal and accounting rules.
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Preparing Procurement and infrastructure reports.
- Perform special projects, reviews, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish Speaker Required
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Management with a servant and transitional leadership style that possess the ability to effectively supervise, direct, motivate, coach and mentor people.
- Experience in a combination of the following: Facilities and Procurement.
- Experience in effectively managing teams remotely
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors, including scheduling, job oversight, and SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance.
- Strong collaborative skills and experience leading and working in a multi-layered, cross functional environment
- Communication: Demonstrate active listening through full attention and respond appropriately. Be able to present verbal and written information clearly
- Collaboration: Be able to work effectively across functional groups and various levels within the organization to achieve positive results.
- Planning/Organizing: Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently; strong project management skills
- Travel: 50%, as necessary
