Financial Accountant Junior

**Position: Financial Junior Accountant**
**Location**: Hybrid - Mexico City

We’re looking for a **Financial Junior Accountant** to support our finance operations and work closely with our global finance team. This is a great opportunity to develop professionally in a purpose-driven organization.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase invoices from approval to payment and filing, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders.
- Manage and track monthly expenses (petty cash and corporate credit cards).
- Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card statements.
- Verify the correct issuance and receipt of CFDIs and payment complements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
- **Conversational English is required. An English assessment will be part of the selection process.**:

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Previous experience in accounting firms.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial control.
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations.
