DESCRIPTION

Amazon’s Mexico team is looking for a data-driven leader, willing to think big and invent & simplify, as we continue to experiment with innovative ways to scale our growth in Mexico. As the Product Manager for Vendor Experience, you will have an opportunity to work on develop local e-commerce and delight customers with the expansion of Amazon’s world-class selection. You will partner with business, operations, and technology teams across the business to drive new initiatives aimed at eliminating, automating, or streamlining process that will unlock scale. This is a highly visible cross-functional role that interacts regularly with senior leaders across several teams and requires thought leadership in shaping sustainable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Developing the vision and strategy for new Amazon initiatives that will help to scale growth in Mexico thru Vendor Experience
- Collaborating with partner teams to define and implement automated solutions that scale
- Gathering and analyzing data to uncover opportunities to further improve the experience
- Driving thought leadership, leading cross-functional projects, and owning the communication to senior leaders on highly strategic initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- English proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
