**SOLICITAMOS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo real base de $25,000 mensuales
- Prestaciones de ley

**Horiario**:Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 5pm

**Ubicación**: Jardines del Valle, Zapopan, Jalisco

**Actividades a realizar**:

- Proveer soporte al grupo de ventas atendiendo las consultas de los clientes.
- Resolución de problemas y continuo seguimiento de las demandas del cliente.
- Procesar ordenes nuevas, proveer estatus de los pedidos
- Asistir y trabajar en coordinación con los representantes de ventas en la resolución de problemas
- Verificación de stock
- Asegurar la satisfacción y la buena relación con el cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. Terminada Ing. Industrial, Administración, Comercio o afín.
- Experiência: Mínimo 1 año de experiência en atención al cliente (preferentemente en la industria electrónica)
- Bilingüe
- Conocimiento ERP
- Logística, embarques
- Atención al cliente
- Bilingüe
- Excel intermedio
- avanzado.

Salario: A partir de $25,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
