**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Legal.

Esta persona será responsable por garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los estándares de seguridad y medidas preventivas con el equipo de Trade and Distribution región pacifico.

**Foco Geográfico**:Región pacifico (Guadalajara, Nayarit)

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de seguridad para cumplir los objetivos de negocio de la empresa.
- Mantener una buena relación con las fuerzas de orden públicas, las agencias de emergencia locales y los servicios gubernamentales para proporcionar apoyo de seguridad a BAT.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento oportuno a la operación de fuerza de ventas basado en el análisis de riesgos.
- Proporcionar información oportuna sobre amenazas y posibles impactos para permitir una buena toma de decisión por parte de la empresa.
- Completar en tiempo y forma el plan de evaluación de riesgos.
- Participar y trabajar en coordinación con pares de seguridad, equipo de prevención y equipo de investigación.
- Llevar a cabo auditorías de seguridad continuas a la fuerza de ventas, operación, depósitos/ subdepots, equipos de seguridad, etc.
- Mantener buenas relaciones con otras funciones comerciales.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Al menos 3 años de experiência trabajando en el área de seguridad (cualquier área).
- Experiência laboral en Seguridad en empresas. (ideal empresas de consumo masivo).
- Habilidades de liderazgo requeridas.
- Conocimientos de gestión de personas.
- Tener fuertes habilidades analíticas.
- Habilidades organizativas y capacidad de priorizar.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
- Estudios: Criminología, Legal, Psicología, Política o afín.
- Fuerte experiência con Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
