Funciones:
- Supervisión de facturación en tiempo y forma y elaboración de cartas porte
- Cobranza proactiva y correctiva
- Administración de portales de clientes
- Confirmar la recepción de la información al cliente
- o requerimientos del cliente..
- Atención al cliente empleando comunicación efectiva y proporcionando información solicitada.
- Elaboración de diversos reportes relacionados al cierre de mes.
- Proporcionar información solicitada o requerida por auditoria externa e interna.
- Alta, baja, bloqueos y modificaciones de clientes
- Delimitaciones de crédito
- Gestión y administración de clientes con crédito.
**Requisitos**:
- Conocimientos en SAP y facturación
- Ingles básico
