**Our Proposal**

We are looking for a** Mobile Developer **for the **Digital Member Experience (DMX) **platform in a US health insurance company.

This team is responsible for digital touchpoints a member has with the company - in particular the web app and mobile apps. The team handles core libraries, patterns and infrastructure shared across the other 5 pods on DMX.

Your focus will be improving the foundation upon which the mobile app is built, making it easier for other teams to contribute to the mobile app. Projects include modernizing the react-native project setup; investigating and improving Android app performance; and building a configuration tool which will allow our team to distribute branded versions of our app for clients.

**It can be a perfect match if you meet**:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Development (Mobile/Frontend)
- 3+ years of experience with React Native
- Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio
- Experience with beta deployment (Google play beta, TestFlight)
- Experience with distribution approaches for iOS and Android(Apple Developer, Google play)
- Good English level

**It would also be a plus if you** **have**:

- Experience profiling mobile app performance
- Experience with React
- Experience with Python/Flask
- Experience in building a whitelabeled or templatized mobile app
