Lead the activities related to quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Resideo's Global Quality Organization. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives. Manage and drive team in delivering right and fast quality control solutions for Resideo while maintaining integrity and compliance. Grow and develop team's knowledge and skills through coaching and guidance. Drive continuous improvement and lead change within the Quality organization and Resideo Operating System.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Lead global Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop global processes, standards, metrics, operational excellence, and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on building voice of quality into the process early to go from reactive to proactive quality.
- Sharing internal/external best practices and to develop quality roadmaps and help drive quality transformation strategy for our company
- Coach and develop teams as neededLead global proactive improvements, procedures & policies.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management roles ex. QMS, Supplier Quality, Product Quality, APQP, Engineering or related field.
- Be a strategic thinker, problem-solver and influencer.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create presentations and interact with cross functional leaders.
- Excellent verbal / written English communication.
- A valid passport / VISA and the ability to travel both domestic & internationally.Solid understanding of Quality improvement principles, RCCA and Six Sigma
