Key Responsibilities Design & Animation
- Create compelling designs for digital, print, and social media platforms
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe Suite
- Maintain consistency across various client brand guidelines
- Design social media assets, digital ads, and marketing materials
- Create storyboards and design concepts for client approval

Project Execution
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Work within established brand guidelines to deliver consistent creative
- Optimize designs for different platforms and formats
- Collaborate with team members to implement feedback and revisions
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creative team members and account managers
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Provide and receive constructive feedback on design work
- Support senior team members with project execution
- Contribute to internal creative initiatives

Technical Requirements Design Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong motion design skills using After Effects and Capcut
- Understanding of design principles and typography
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Experience with responsive design and digital platforms

Project Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Experience with remote collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent file management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

General Requirements
- 3+ years experience in graphic design and motion graphics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
