Job Summary

This hands-on, on-site role ensures DRG’s label solutions are available exactly when and where our customers need them. Based in Juarez, the VMI Remote Warehouse / Customer Service Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our customer fulfillment process—blending inventory control with high-level customer service. You’ll manage label inventory in our onsite warehouse, input reorders with accuracy and speed, and represent DRG with responsiveness that builds loyalty and trust.

Key Responsibilities

**Inventory & Order Management**
- Monitor and manage label inventory levels at customer sites using VMI tools.
- Track usage, prevent stockouts, and eliminate excess through data insights.
- Generate and process replenishment orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Coordinate internal production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Customer Communication & Support**
- Accurately input customer reorders into internal systems and confirm receipt of all requests.
- Maintain a high response rate to customer inquiries and service needs—aiming for same-day acknowledgment and resolution.
- Communicate order status updates, ETAs, and any changes proactively and professionally.
- Ensure order accuracy and documentation meet both DRG standards and customer expectations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customer contacts through trust, consistency, and service excellence.

**Quality & Issue Resolution**
- Address quality concerns immediately and coordinate solutions with team.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure label quality meets standards.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, reorder errors, or delivery issues quickly and professionally.

**Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Create regular inventory and service-level reports to track key metrics.
- Recommend process or system enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Competencies

**Required**:

- High school diploma and 2+ years in inventory management or customer service
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience with VMI systems and/or ERP tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Knowledge of label manufacturing or print production processes

Working Conditions & Requirements

**Location**:

- This is a full-time, **on-site** position based in Juarez, Mexico. Remote work is not available for this role.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods during audits
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds (labels, boxes, packaging supplies)
- Manual dexterity for label handling and inspection
- Visual accuracy for quality checks

**Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to company safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Wear required PPE during warehouse visits
- Complete safety training and remain compliant with DRG standards

**Language**:

- Engish and Spanish (required)
