EDUCATION: Industrial Engineer, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer or Similar.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of experience on similar position.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bilingual English-Spanish +85%

**Design skills & abilities**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience working in product design
- Ability to create or verify process diagrams, piping/instrumentation diagrams, and

equipment schematics using CAD software
- Prefer experience and demonstrated competence in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, and/or Solidworks.
- Experience on sustaining engineering and/or Line transfers US/MEX
- Strong skills on statistical analysis.
- Six-Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing experience
- Metrology and DG&T knowledge
- Experience on manufacturing equipment maintenance and set-up.
- Knowledgeable on electrical, electronics, pneumatic and Hydraulic
- Experience on Medical Device manufacturing (A plus)
- Experience working with packaging Machines (A plus).
- Knowledgeable on AutoCAD (A plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to travel to USA.
