**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

Tech Mahindra está buscando agentes de servicio al cliente con experiência en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.

**Actividades**:
**Voice: Billing, Customer service, Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.**

**Requerimientos**:

- Sin experiência, es importante tener ingles conversacional (Lunes a Domingo, con 2 descansos entre semana)
- Nível avanzado de ingles conversacional
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo Ventana de servicio de 10:00 am a 19:00 pm
- ON SITE (No vivir a mas de 1:30 hrs del centro de trabajo)
- Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)

**Ingreso 21, 25, 29 y 30 de Julio**

**Sitio ubicado en Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX**

**Actividad**: Presencial, Jornada Lunes a domingo con descansos entre semana de 07:00 a 19:00 hrs.

**Programa de capacitación: de 8:00 AM a 17:00 PM Presencial**

Lunes viernes, una vez en Nesting será lunes a Sabado con descansos en domingo y otro entre semana.- **Salario base de $ 14,000 MXN promedio mensual. Considerando pago por Hora de $83.00 MXN**:

- **Aumento Salarial al 2do. Mes de 16,000 MXN**:

- **Aumento Salarial al 5to. Mes de $ 18,599 MXN promedio mensual. Considerando pago por Hora de $107.14 MXN**
- Jornada Laboral completa
