**What you’ll do?**
- Use experience with Contact Center and CRM relaed data analytics and operational metrics is desireable
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify data visualization requirements and translate that into actionable user stories
- Ability and willingness to self-teach utilization of Salesforce CRM-A data visualzation tool if no current direct experience with the tool

**What you’ll bring:
- Salesforce CRM-A data visualzation
- Tableau, PowerBI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA or Tableau Analytics)
- Data Visualziation / Dashboard
- JIRA required
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify data visualization requirements and translate that into actionable user stories
- Experience with Contact Center and CRM relaed data analytics and operational metrics is desireable
