Firma líder global en servicios inmobiliarios busca **Project Manager** en **SILAO, GUANAJUATO.** **Requisitos**: - Licenciatura en Arquitectura y /o Ingeniería Civil. - **Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado** Experiência: - 3 a 4 años en proyectos industriales (automotriz, pharma, logística, alimenticia, etc) - Manejo y coordinación de varios proyectos simultáneamente. - Buen manejo de equipos de trabajo - Conocimiento de Lean Construction y/o PMI - Conocimiento de metodologías de trabajo colaborativo BIM, IPD, LPS Software: - Auto CAD - MS Project - Paq. Office Funciones principales: - Gerenciar el proyecto en sus distintas fases como contratación de contratistas, ingenierías, tiempos, alcances, presupuesto, calidad y riesgos. - Encargado de la supervisión de los trabajos civiles y acabados en sitio. - Responsable de la comunicación con el cliente para las aprobaciones de costos y órdenes de trabajo. - Coordinación de proyectos Industriales de varias especialidades a nível nacional - Gestión de KPIs en materia de seguimiento de calidad - Seguimiento y generación de reportes ejecutivos del desarrollo del proyecto y construcción - Aportar ingeniería de valor en las especialidades de más impacto. - Conocimiento de costos y presupuestos - Revisión y validación de la información del proyecto en base a principios de PMI y/o Lean construction. - Trato y manejo del cliente, coaching al equipo de trabajo. - Dirigir el proyecto y generar estrategias para asegurar alcances, tiempo y calidad de los trabajos. - Manejo de comunicación hacia el cliente y proveedores. **SUELDO 100% NÓMINA.** **INTERESADOS ENVIAR CV ACTUALIZADO PARA PONERNOS EN CONTACTO.** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por obra o tiempo determinado Duración del contrato: 12 meses Salario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes Horario: - Fines de semana - Turno de 8 horas Puede trasladarse/mudarse: - Silao, Gto.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Deseable) Pregunta(s) de postulación: - ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en Proyectos Industriales? - ¿Ha supervisado personal directamente a su cargo, cuántas personas? - ¿Ha laborado en proyectos industriales? mencione algunos - ¿Cuáles son tus pretensiones económicas?
