**Accounting & Finance Sr. Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
This position is responsible for executing accounting practices and procedures aimed to produce timely and reliable financial information in compliance with local and company policies. You will coordinate accounting services and integrate them with operating needs

Key responsibilities include managing billing and cross-charges across multiple intercompanies; owning accounting and reporting processes related to our month-end process and developing controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

This position will partner and influence different level of stakeholders across all the organization on accounting, financial reporting, and control activities and topics

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for executing and coordinating accounting activities related to our monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including Journal Entries (JE) postings, Balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation; Ownership of a month end closing calendar,
- Oversees services performed by Shared Service Center (SSC) and internal stakeholders that have an impact on our accounting and financial records such as (Interco A/R, Fixed Assets, Other payroll liabilities and Expense accruals, etc)
- Owns and executes intercompany billing process for services performed by MBS with support from SSC, maintaining proper Tax and Legal documentation to comply with all local requirements (e.g., Interco Contracts, Service Taxonomy and Catalogue).
- Works and influences several stakeholders (Tax, Legal, Financial reporting, Internal Control) to develop and monitor documentation and controls that ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. (e.g. Service fee allocations, activities for MBS such as keeping control of intercompany service agreements, preparing Tax service fee model expense distribution, etc.
- Support Control and Reporting manager to develop activities to solve and improve current activities.
- Responsible for CAPEX requests MBS and fixed asset control, including disposals.
- Works with Internal Control to develop processes to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations

- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Administration
- Accounting and Financial Reporting systems knowledge (HFM). Ability to interact with Technical Accounting and Control Subject Matter Experts
- General knowledge of tax laws
- Computer literate MS Office Intermediate to Advanced, SAP (strongly preferred) or any other ERP (user)
- Language: English intermediate to advanced level required
- Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work
