- Leads and supports the Service Team with maximizing productivity and improving efficiency.
- Mentors Service Team by developing skills/knowledge through advice, coaching, and training opportunities ; Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
- Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Manages the budget and resources allocation to support business functions and operational maintenance.
- Manages customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
