As IT SAP HCM Consultant at Ruhrpumpen
you will be able to support the organization in the journey to implement and improve the HR System solutions in different locations of the company around the world. This will help improve the employees' experience and the enable continues improvement in HR processes

Main responsibilities:

- Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
- Strategic development of the SAP HCM landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or add On
- Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects
- Perform configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality, analyze configuration issues
- Basic level ABAP programming and debugging

Job's requirements:

- Passionate about SAP support, incident and problem solving
- At least 4+ years’ experience with SAP Payroll, Payroll configuration, Employee Central SuccessFactors, Time and attendance, Rules & Schema
- Previous experience in IT project management that include IT project planning and implementation
- Intermedial knowledge in various SAP HCM modules including LMS, performance, Payroll & Time, recruiting
- Basic level ABAP programming knowledge including debugging
- Ability to work Independently as well as within a Global team. Must be proficient in working with people around the world in various countries.
- Replication P2P (Point to Point), EC (Employee Central) -ECPY (Employee Central Payroll)
