This position leads and execute Data Analysis and Business Intelligence activities for a specific track of the global commercial development area, to support and speed up transformation by establishing Data Mgmt. best practices and common processes, to improve productivity, create better experiences and maximize business results.
Supporting multiple areas and business lines, in all phases of Business Intelligence, Reporting and Using Data Architecture to provide and/ or design data models, work methods, frameworks, techniques, and bringing best practices, and guiding and/ or executing continuous improvement programs to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
This role also enforces self service and support Data Governance as well as looks for re usability of Data Models, Data Sets, and support accessibility of Data Sets and at the same time observer the definition of proper security access.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support Customer Data Modeling and Generation of new offerings based on Data.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Experience using predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Support business analysis results with data-based customer and sales insights
- Support Data Mapping and how to create interfaces and mechanisms for the flow and access of information.
- Enforce creation of trusted Data Sets and support enrich of semantic layer.
**Position Challenges**:

**Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English & Spanish
- Required:
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to come up with imaginative solutions to problems.
- Experience with common data science toolkits. Experience with data visualization tools, Dashboard Storytelling. Data-oriented personality.
- Years of Experience:
- 5 years: Related to Data Topics supporting Business areas or Information Technology areas
- 3 years: Data Architecture, Data Management & Data Modeling Domain, Data Management, Data Warehouse, Data Services, ETL, Data Bases, In Memory computing, MDM, Data Hubs, Data Lakes, Semantic layers
- 2 years: Data Visualization Techniques. Desirable Certification.
- 2 years: Leading projects related to Data with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
