Keithly-Williams has been specializing in the Vegetable Seed industry for over 42 years. We sell to professional produce growers through our highly trained and knowledgeable sales force and very vibrant product development department. We are actively looking to grow our customer service department in Querétaro, Mexico. We have a fantastic opportunity as **Sales Coordinator** for our facility in Querétaro.

**Position overview**:
This position is responsible for meeting external and internal customer needs, directly assists a KWS’s sales representative with inventory management, purchasing and administrative activities such receiving’s, invoices, credits, and any adjustment needed by our customers. Keeps the inventory system updated by doing registrations, transfers, and any other inventory movement also is the primary support for the warehouse and customer service department.

**Education required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or any other related field.

**Experience and background**:

- Two to three years of experience in customer service, inventory management, purchasing and accounting.
- Experience in the agroindustry is a plus.

**Knowledge, Skills, and abilities**
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Team player attitude
- Mathematical ability to calculate percentages, add, subtract, and divide.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organizational and Administrative Skills
- Bilingual English-Spanish advanced level
- Proactive, analytical and detail oriented
- Experience with inventory systems
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
