To create inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and increasing vitality by translation deep knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, range presentation and local market knowledge thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA brand in the local market as the home furnishing specialist and the IKEA store as an up-to-date and innovative destination that always offers something new.
**Qualifications**
- 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fast-paced retail industry with a design-based education
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning, implementation and improvement of range presentation
- Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), AutoCad
- Ability to lead creative processesAbility to lead creative processes
- A strategic thinker with a creative and practical mind that can lead and contribute to setting clear directions, purposes and objectives and are able to share and explain to the team
