We are seeking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and contributing to both backend and occasional frontend development.

- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails and strong knowledge of RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of database design.
- Proficiency with version control using Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of audio formats and playback.
- Experience with payment processing integrations.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
