**Requisitos**:

- Diploma mínimo de escuela preparatoria, se prefiere una licenciatura
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en el área de los recursos humanos.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en un puesto de contratación.
- Bilingue.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (hablada, escrita y presentación).
- Experiência comprobable como Interprete Bilingue (UN PLUS)

- Capacidad para lidiar con prioridades en competencia y administrar el tiempo de manera adecuada
- Capacidad para mantener un nível extremadamente alto de confidencialidad
- Capacidad para trabajar y colaborar eficazmente con una fuerza laboral internacional diversa en un entorno cultural global
- Excelente gestión de relaciones y capacidad de influencia para obtener apoyo y compromiso para proyectos compartidos.
- Capacidad para ejercer un juicio amplio e independiente para planificar el trabajo, revisar los resultados y lograr las metas.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Procesar todas las verificaciones de antecedentes / pruebas de drogas para los nuevos empleados
- Asistir a funciones de contratación como ferias de empleo y de profesionistas
- Ayuda en el desarrollo de la presentación mensual de métricos de recursos humanos del sitio.
- Mantiene un alto nível de confidencialidad con respecto a todos los asuntos de la empresa, incluidos, entre otros, acciones del personal, despidos y planes organizacionales
- Realizar otras tareas y proyectos especiales que se le asignen.
