**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the receiving of materials and ensuring accurate and efficient storage within the facility. This role ensures adherence to material handling standards to guarantee safe and proper flow of materials to production, while maintaining controlled Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory and accurate transaction reporting.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Lead and supervise receiving and material handling teams across assigned plant areas.
- Monitor compliance with material handling standards including D-KB, MRP, DSY, excess inventory, and transaction reporting (scrap, substitutes, rejects, transfers).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in receiving, inventory control, material handling, and WIP flow.
- Ensure team development and performance of group leaders within material handling functions.
- Support budget adherence related to receiving and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with OEA/CTPAT/SOX regulations, documentation, and procedures.
- Promote and enforce safety, quality, and productivity among hourly personnel.

**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:

- Advanced English Preferred
- Bachelors Degree completed
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient in data entry and retrieval using various software systems.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or materials management environments.
- Able to work in rotating shfits
