The Quality Specialist has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture in Electrification Distribution Solutions, ensuring and controlling quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations, and representing the customer’s voice within local teams, providing customer experience feedback and input. In this role you will provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Electrification Distribution Solutions.
**This position reports to**:
Quality Specialist
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of 4 technicians.
- Coordination of product inspections.
- Analyze warranty Claims.
- Support to cost reductions related to internal reworks and warranty claims.
- Attention to costumer inspections in site.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Experience 2 years in Quality positions in metal-mechanical or electrical industry.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and Six Sigma tools (Yellow belt or greenbelt).
- Active Passport and Visa.
- Advanced level of English.
- Open communication skills at all levels, leadership, proactive and self-directed.
- Focus on customer satisfaction related to quality process and ability to make decisions.
