Objective of the position: Allow transparency in the financial and accounting reports of the inventory. Ensure internal controls are applied to all inventory processes. Validate processes and scale, report results.
- Task Summary:

- Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of accounting records according to our processes, accounting policies and standards (for example IFRS, IFRS, Inventory Compendium, etc.)Preparation of monthly reports by corporate guidelines and provision of accurate and timely financial information to inform coordination and management.

- Main Functions:

- Review accounting records. General accounting activities, including preparation, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory accounting and manual accounting postings to ensure monthly/annual results.
- Conduct corrective actions and clarify findings. Periodic review of monitors, frequent reporting, follow-up with areas that require support, as well as follow-up to identify issues in outsourced processes for reporting in timeliness.
- Inventory analysis writes down & aging. Report monthly results related to updates, rates, and changes in processes. Identify trends, and report to the controlling areas for their knowledge and evaluation—report of significant variations to act.
- Report identified risks or issues on operative execution for remediation, especially during MEC & YE execution Correction of errors or deficiencies on processes as part of the continuous improvement culture
- Variations reporting. Communicate significant and material variations in account balances across inventory types to all impacted areas. Inform all results to the coordination and management for their knowledge and reporting. Maintain congruence in end-of-stock and end-of-value operations.
- Physical counts of inventories, support in destructions Support the physical inventories of all types of inventories, support to plants and locations where inventory is located. Attending the destruction of materials in production plants. Audit actions required to meet SAT and external audit requirements. Issue reports.
- Produce all kinds of reports with the required excellence and accuracy for reporting to requesting departments, external and internal control audits on a monthly/quarterly/annually or per event basis for time and form reporting of results. Other responsibilities. Perform Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Physical Inventories. Support material destructions in productive plants. Control of units outside of our yards. Assisting coordination and management in the activities of the area.
