**Objetivo del puesto**

Administrar y liderar al equipo de Program Management de la planta con el fin de que se cumplan los objetivos de rentabilidad, pronóstico de ventas, servicio a cliente, administración de demanda, de exceso de inventarios y cuentas por cobrar. Todo esto bajo los procesos y procedimientos establecidos por la planta y por el corporativo.

- Inglés Avanzado - Verbal y Escrito
- Administración y pronóstico de demanda
- Conocimiento del proceso MRP (Material Requirements Planning
- Técnicas de solución de problemas (8D, DMAIC)
- Manejo avanzado de Excel

**Responsabilidades**:

- Generación de pronósticos para los siguientes cuartos del año
- Monitoreo, re-alineación escalafón de las ventas del cuarto
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento diario de ventas y para la semana
- Revisión de KBI de PMs claves
- Seguimiento, escalafón y resolución de problemas respecto al AR
- Facilitar y reducir los E&O de la planta
- Seguimiento y aseguramiento del OTD con clientes
- Administración de demanda - Cargado y validación MDS
- Verificar que Order Entry siga los lineamientos de cargado de demanda
- seguimiento a cobros especiales de clientes
- Mantenimiento y mejora de la rentabilidad de los proyectos
