Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for overseeing planning, procurement, implementation, and progress monitoring of specific projects, which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables while ensuring the Company delivers the best achievable customer experience and satisfaction for our Clients. Project Manager is the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with colleagues during definition of the scope of the project in cooperation with UT dept, vendors and other departments.
- Develop a detailed project work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project coordinating with referent person from department involved and vendors.
- Define and communicate that the projects objectives that are clear, useful and within scope
- Work with different departments head or designated person procuring the projects requirements like workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives
- Strive to maintain the mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits and minimize costs.
- Identify, manage projects risks and develop mitigating actions together with projects teams, managing the constraints of project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality.
- Manage the FAT in E80 headquarters with the customer and projects team in E80 SpA.
- Execute the projects according to the projects plan ensuring project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality, in order to achieve best customer satisfaction.
- Use forms and records to document projects activities.
- Set up and update documentations, files to ensure that all projects information are appropriately documented.
- Monitor the progress of the projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projects managing the constraints of project management triangle to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
- Manage projects conflicts interacting with clients, team members, vendors and management.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projects.
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Report issue to all E80 SPA dept. and find solutions coordinating with E80 teams.
- Write reports on the project for management.
- Monitor all budgeted project change request and report to E80 SPA management for approval.
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance on a regular basis.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
- Update and revise documents using E80 project management software.
- Collaborate closely with E80 SPA teams and Area Manager.
- Perform together with E80 SPA teams the Project Close-out.
- Other duties when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge: strong knowledge of Project Management processes and procedures, strongly preferred knowledge of automated guided vehicles, material handling and robotic systems
- Experience: 5+ years of successful records in delivering projects related to complex industrial automation systems, strongly preferred in automated guided vehicles, material handling and robotic systems
- Education: BA degree or equivalent experience, PMP certification is a plus
- Language: Italian language would be a plus
- Travel: approximately 50% based on projects requirements in order to execute projects within constraints of project management triangle and customer satisfaction
