**Objetivos funcionales**:
Functional objectives:

- Cumplimiento de On Time Delivery y porcentaje de mejora.
- Generar ideas de mejora.

**Es responsable de**:Gestionar y coordinar las actividades del proyecto para garantizar la puntualidad de los entregables y objetivos del proyecto requeridos.

Is responsible for: Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timeliness of required project deliverables and objectives.

**Role 1**
- Supervisar nuevos proyectos relacionados con operaciones para desencadenar actividades relacionadas.
- Definir la planeación general del proyecto en base a los requerimientos iniciales.
- Identificar y comunicar posibles riesgos a lo largo de todo el proyecto.
- Gestionar la realización de las actividades.
- Medir y reportar los tiempos de entrega de cada proyecto.
- Mantener presupuesto, documentos y otros registros en sistemas informáticos.
- Supervisar la aceleración, identificar y comunicar requisitos, riesgos y proponer acciones.
- Servir como contacto principal para los proyectos.
- Organizar reuniones, informes y la estructura necesaria para garantizar la comunicación, la comprensión, la participación y el seguimiento con los miembros del equipo del proyecto.
- Comprender a los proveedores y clientes locales, regionales y globales para minimizar los costos del proyecto
- Administrar las actividades de cierre de proyectos (aprendizaje y mejores prácticas).
- Asegúrese de que el proceso se ejecute de conformidad con las directrices de HARTING y de que todos los usuarios del proceso lo sigan.

**Educación y conocimiento profesional**:Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afín.

Education and professional knowledge: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 3 años de experiência en un puesto similar, deseable experiência en industria manufacturera.

**Competencias funcionales, técnicas e individuales requeridas**:
Functional, technical and individual competences required.
- Conocimiento en electrónica y mecánica.
- Manejo de AutoCAD.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Liderazgo.
