**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards for 200 properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Manage property repairs and maintenance, including obtaining quotes and overseeing work quality.
- Administer property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and payment of expenses.
- Market vacant units effectively, conduct tenant screenings, and manage lease agreements.
- Enforce lease terms and regulations, resolve disputes, and take legal action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant communications.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and client interactions.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic financial management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with tenants and clients.
- Relevant experience in property management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.

**Technology**:

- Buildium, Porpertyware, Asana, Zendesk
- Google Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Google Voice, etc.)

Pay: $17,430.00 - $22,400.00 per month

**Language**:

- Advanced English (fully proficient) (required)
