Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support via phone calls
- Keeping customers happy about the product and our services
- Entering data into CRM, different online tools, and cloud-based platforms
- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware
Qualifications:

- No experience needed
- Great English writing and reading skills
- Willingness to communicate competently with customers by phone
- Full-time required
- Ability to learn fast
- Being tech-savvy, advanced user of pc, online platforms (CRM and/ or ticket systems)
- Multitasking

**Salary**: $88.12 per hour
