Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Operations Manager located_ in _Flex San Luis Rio Colorado, México._
- Reporting to the _Operations Director _this role will be Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence._
What a typical day looks like:
- _
Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _
Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._
- _
Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _
Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _
Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _
Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._
- _
Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews._
- _
Coach and mentor Operations leadership._
- _
- _
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _
Advanced English is a MUST_
- _
Senior experience on Process Molding as well as Operation Execution_
- _
SMT senior experience_
- _
Senior previous experience as an Operations Manager (Manufacturing industry) (mentor Operations leadership.)_
- _
ISO standards knowledge_
