**_Job Description_**
As part of the BPS Category team, possessing strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Understand databases ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with BPS Category team to gather requirements and define core KPIs
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform testing and validation of solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support to the BPS category team for ad hoc analysis.

**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical.
