Remote Outbound Solar Appointment Generators Needed

This position has high income potential with the ability to advance to a sales position. We have a big opportunity for growth in the company As a Remote appointment generator, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working for a minimum of 4 hours per day & making 200+ calls per day using our auto dialing software, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and following up to ensure quality appointments.

**Desktop or laptop computer, Reliable High speed internet & headset required.**

**Minimum 1 year outbound call center experience required**

**Solar/ Home Improvement/ Pest/ Alarm Sales Knowledge/ Experience required**

Onboarding & training provided, along with software & leads to be successful. Be part of our fun, hard-working, remote culture. This is a great way to grow in the booming solar industry

Work remotely from Home and assist homeowners across the United States

Ability to move up to Solar Specialist & grow within our company for top performers

Additional bonuses & pay based on performance

**Desktop or laptop computer, Reliable High speed internet & headset required.**
(This position CANNOT be done via cell phone/ tablet)

**Minimum 1 year call center experience required**

Work minimum 20 hours a week. Monday - Friday, Saturdays optional.

Available shift: 4-8pm PST (Training/ Daily call 30 minutes before)

**Responsibilities**:
Source new sales opportunities through outbound call center

Understand customer needs and requirements

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Maintain and nurture prospects within your assigned territory

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

**Skills**:Strong phone presence and experience dialing 200+ calls per day using our auto dialer

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Positive Attitude

Punctual

Ability to thrive in a self managed environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $500-1000+ per week
