**Resumen**
Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de ingeniería relacionadas con los procesos de mecanizado CNC, asegurando la optimización de tiempos de ciclo, la calidad de las piezas y el cumplimiento de los estándares de la industria automotriz. Actúa como enlace entre producción, mantenimiento, calidad y diseño de producto, garantizando la mejora continua y la implementación de nuevas tecnologías en el área de maquinado.
**Tareas y responsabilidades**:

- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en reducción de scrap, tiempos muertos y costos de herramienta. - Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos (NPI) asegurando la capacidad de manufactura (DFM) y el cumplimiento de tolerancias críticas. - Implementar y mantener la estandarización de procesos bajo normas automotrices (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP). - Coordinar pruebas piloto y validación de procesos con los departamentos de calidad, producción y mantenimiento. - Administrar los programas CNC en el servidor central, garantizando control de versiones y trazabilidad. - Gestionar la adquisición y mantenimiento de equipos, herramientas de corte y software de programación (CAM). - Capacitar al personal técnico y operadores en nuevas tecnologías o procesos implementados. - Reportar indicadores clave (OEE, scrap, tiempos de ciclo, cumplimiento de planes de mejora).
**Estudios / Formación**:

- Ingeniería mecánica, industrial, o carrera afín - Más de 5 años en procesos de mecanizado CNC dentro del sector automotriz o metalmecánico - Experiência en programación CNC (Fanuc, Siemens, o similar). - Conocimiento de software CAD/CAM (NX, Mastercam, Catia, SolidCAM, etc.). - Experiência en interpretación de planos GD&T y análisis de tolerancias
