**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Regional Directors to identify students with specific needs or difficult situations, understand those needs, and work to find a better program option.
- Provide occasional support for larger sales projects or initiatives as well as seasonal help with certain data entry projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience studying, researching, teaching, or doing service-learning abroad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong understanding of the International Education field
- Experience working on a U.S. college/university campus
