**Manufacturing Engineering Mgmt 3**
Manage the human and technical resources of the plant's process engineering and equipment department in the most efficient manner to achieve absorption, efficiency, scrap, and other key indicators. Ensure a conducive work environment for achieving these objectives. Promptly resolve conflicts between the plant's various support areas to ensure compliance with key plant indicators.

- 5 - 8 years

**Knowledge**:

- Experience in project management at the plant level
- Strong experience in strategy development and implementation
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

- Knowledge of NPI processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of parts and chemical warehouse management
- Assertive communication with customers and machinery and equipment suppliers

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up on production and sales reports
- Follow-up on the production plan meeting to ensure absorption, yields, and scrap within the MFM target
- Weekly meeting to monitor operational results
- Daily monitoring of the engineering area expense budget
- Follow-up on quotes for potential clients or for engineering changes
- Operations meeting to review key operational indicators
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Guide and support engineering staff
- Engineering strategy meeting and monitoring of key plant indicators
