Equipment Maintenance Engineer

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Assemble, bring up, and test manufacturing equipment in preparation for successful qualification and operation
- Perform qualification and validation on manufacturing equipment according to company procedures
- Troubleshooting of electromechanical systems that include motion, pneumatics, electronics systems, PLC or Computer based
- Execute maintenance and startup of equipment when applicable
- Relocate and Install manufacturing equipment according to manufacturers and qualification documentation
- Perform LOTO activities
- Train and Support PMC personal in Preventive Maintenance Instructions
- Document Equipment Events with no impact to product assembled
- Purchase of replacement spare parts, equipment, components
- Provide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations. Document and close Equipment Downtime notifications
- Report equipment findings during troubleshooting example 4 blocker
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. English Advanced level, read, written, spoken. Machining experience a plus. Demonstrated mechanical electronics aptitude. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex electronic/mechanical equipment. Blueprint reading and interpretation is a must. Knowledge and experience in use of special mechanical, electronics and measuring equipment. PLC programming, vision systems experience. 3D CAD proficiency, SolidWorks preferred. Previous experience Maintenance software database preferable. Minimum 5 years experience work experience as Equipment Engineer, Test Engineer, Automation Engineer, Tooling, Mechatronic or similar. Able to travel periodically
- Familiarity with regulated Quality Systems or medical device regulations, a plus. Strong communications skills across team organizations and cultures.
