- Description & RequirementsInfor Global Delivery Services Consultants are an integral part of the services team and play a key role in delivering consulting services for the implementation of Infor Manufacturing and Distribution Solutions. The focus will be on client implementations in LATAM, North America and other geographical regions as required. The consultant will deliver implementation and both remote and on-site customer training. Consultant will work remotely or from the Mexico City office when not traveling to customer sites.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

- Manage remotely different consulting activities i.e. Conference Room Pilot sessions, go-live support, implementation lead and support.
- Facilitate solution discussions of primary area of expertise and own documentation in line with SOW participation in critical phases onsite/nearshore.
- Design and deliver software solutions for customers involving Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other associated products (ERP Integrations, Warehouse Control System (WCS) Interfaces, Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, Labelling solutions, RFID etc.).
- Lead Integration workshops and facilitate end-to-end development of interfaces from requirement gathering to system study, coding, testing, deploying and further enhancements.
- Liaise with Technical teams for delivering customer’s requirements.
- Verify / Validate solutions before delivering them to customer.

Basic Qualifications:

- 2-3 years Warehouse Management experience
- 2-3 years of experience using an ERP software for warehouse management
- Travel readiness 20-50%. Passport required.
- Flexible with work hours crossing various time zones and geographies.
- Work 3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office.
- Language requirement: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Supply Chain Management, and/or Finance or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Full lifecycle implementation experience using Infor Warehouse Management or other Warehouse Management solutions.
- Certifications with Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
- Ability to translate customer requirements and creatively configure solutions by mapping customer's business into Enterprise software.
- Experience with building process diagrams for customers using tools like Visio, Lucid chart
- Experience conducting training classroom, in person and virtual.
- Be able to build required documents based on Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with data analytics using Excel and basic SQL.

Job Location: Mexico City, MX office 3 days a week, home office and customer sites.
