**Objetivo**

Dirigir, supervisar y asegurar el correcto cumplimiento tributario, reporte interno (Tax package) y apoyar a la Región con planificaciones o proyectos tributarios especiales. (To lead, supervise and ensure the correct tax compliance, tax reporting (tax package)and support Region with special tax planning or projects.)

Principales responsabilidades
- Desarrollar la planeación y la organización del tax compliance de las entidades en Mexico
- Capacitar al equipo en las areas fiscales requeridas para desarrollar su trabajo
- Comunicar y ejecutar cada cambio o actualización en al legislación fiscal vigente así como los impactoss en implementaciones requeridas
- Supervisar y asegurar el correcto calculo de los pagos de impuestos correspondi
- Apoyo estrategico y de planeación en la Región y especialmetne en México. Proporcionar soporte en proyectos especiales para la región.

**Toma de decisiones**
- Cambio de procesos en SAP, Sistema de Facturación y flujos fisicos y de facturación.
- SAT, para el cumplimiento, aclaraciones y/o solicitudes especifficas relacioandas con las obligaciones o beneficios fiscales de la organización
- Area contable, factuación, CFOs, Legal, RH, Tesorería y Comercio Exterior Negocio u operaciones

**Perfil**
- Licenciatura en Finanzas requerida y deseable especialidad en impuestos
- Experiência mínima de 8 años como lider de área fiscal a nível gerencial/supervisor, liderando equipos multidisciplinarios
- Nível de Inglés fluido (reuniones para proyectos regionales. Ejem: Meta, reuniones con maquilas del Norte)
- Manjeo de SAP (deseable)
- Microsoft: excel, ppt y word,
- Palataformas, formatos y declaraciones del SAT
