- **Product and Market Intelligence Specialist**_
This role promotes the continuous improvement of current products and the launch of new ones; based on market intelligence by looking at consumer trends, competition, the industries where we operate, etc.
**Responsibilities**
- Validates the current offering to find areas for improvement in the benefits and experience we provide to customers, e2e.
- Through market research, we identify benefits, prices, trends in competition and the industries where we operate.
- Promoter and responsible for some projects to design and implement products and solutions
- Collaborates with other areas to development projects in products the portfolio.
- It is a link between different areas for the implementation of new products.
- Supports the review of products
- Supports tin the development of positioning strategies and pricing policies, relying on market research such as mystery shoppers, benchmarks, in-depth interviews, focus groups, etc.
**Qualifications Required**
**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a focus on marketing.**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Development
- _**Desirable**_ previous experience in an insurance or Financial services
- Numerical skills, analysis and preparation of executive presentations
- Marketing experience desirable: market or product area research
- Work experience in product management or market research
- Experience in managing all aspects related to the life cycle of a successful product
