**ELECTROLUX LAVADORAS** **Solicita**: **EH&S Manager** **Descripción y Requisitos** Responsible to proactive lead the strategy definition, development and implementation of the environmental, health, safety, and fire protection processes and procedures for Electrolux Juarez Mexico facility with the management and all levels involvement in order to obtain, maintain and insure compliance with all applicable licenses, certificates, and permits relevant to all legal and corporate EH&S policies, programs and objectives. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Recommends the guidelines to obtain zero audits non-conformances of Labor Secretary (STPS), Environmental Protective Agency in Mexico (Profepa), Health Ministry (SSA) Social Security (IMSS), Water Commission (CONAGUA). - Responsible to develop our Electrolux Health and Safety Assurance Program and schedule the levels in short and long term achievements, which include: internal audits, training, culture promotion, job and safety analysis, equipment & machinery, material safety data sheets, accident and incident investigation and analysis, health and safety compliance and work permits, emergency preparedness, personal protective equipment, hygiene control, medical operations, construction and installation contractors safety, ergonomics, safety culture and safe behaviors. - Implements Environmental Policy, trash segregation, internal audits, environmental aspects, instructions and procedures, control of chemical products, and Electrolux's environmental system manual. - Directs and leads ISO 14001 assessment and coaching. - Implements Profepa's Industria Limpia Program, STPS', voluntary Preventive Program (VPP), and Distintivo "H" for the cafeteria. - Maintains continuous improvement in accidents (reactive indicator) and incidents, safe behavior index (proactive indicator), as well as Insurance company, Industria Limpia, Social Security's risk index and VPP. - Ensures all EH&S risks which are identified, eliminated, transferred or controlled, through internal inspections by EH&S personnel, Local Ergonomic & Hygiene Committee, CSH, Workgroup's Environmental & Safety Leader. - Supports the Environmental and Safety standardization for the workgroups - Develops and reviews of EH&S training for each member of the organization: Workgroup members, manufacture engineers, process and control engineers as well as management roll employees. - Acts as leader, as a teacher in EH&S trainings. - Supports cost reduction and maintain EH&S budget. - Coordinates of security personnel, with the development of security policy, procedures to maintain zero losses of productivity and non-productivity parts. - Manages the transportation of employees, with the most efficient routes. - Develops annual green belt project. - Supports the lean project in Powered Material Handling Vehicles (PMHV). Develops safe interaction between pedestrians and PMHV program, include safe docks. - Recommends methods, materials and layouts for continuous improvement and innovative projects based on manufacturing and engineering design needs and capabilities. - Works directly with manufacturing team in a EH&S issues solving, for new project and new processes. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - Previous Experience: 10+ years leading Environmental, Health and Safety Process (preferable) - Experience leading EH&S in manufacturing plants, with excellent objectives achieved. Experience in providing leadership across the organization is essential. - Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - Significant experience in success implementation in new and innovators EH&S process and programs processes and thorough understanding workgroup and lean principles. - Excellent communication skills and unique ability to provide guidelines from workgroup members to managers and support them. - Experience in leadership and management strategy for EH&S cultural transformation of the organization. - Experience in the best practices replication in environmental, health, safety, fire protection and security issues among the organization. - History of successful experience in leadership skills and the development of high performance work teams including establishing training and development processes and being recognized as a true leader of people. - Among responsibilities the following environmental information is included, designated but not limited to: Knowledge and comprehension of the plant's environmental policy, including the established environmental goals, knowing and identifying the environmental aspects and impacts on the area or process to perform, focusing on continuous improvement and keeping operational goals, identifying and segregating chemical residues and materials Puesto: Gerente**Información Adicional** - Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable - Pais: MEXICO - Estado o Region: Chihuahua - Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
