**Purpose of Job**:
Support the credit team with daily activities to facilitate reporting processes, documentation, and other related tasks.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports.
- Support with documentation.
- Assist in the routines of the credit recovery area through controls, records, provisions, etc.

**Processes & Tools**:

- **Excel**: Update reports, create formulas, etc.
- **SAP**: Control de flow.
- **Customer Portals**: Add the necessary documentation to proceed with payment.
