**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be consolidating, reporting, and analyzing consolidated results for Gates Corporation reporting to the FP&A Manager.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform daily reporting & analysis of Global sales, orders, backlog & SGM data
- Partner with regional finance teams to support and analyze results
- Provide analytical support to business units and finance operational teams by structuring analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and presenting findings
- Drive consistent process and standardization around financial reporting, metrics, and analysis
- Maintain and analyze dashboards and KPIs with a focus on forecast accuracy and trends

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- **
between** 2-4** **years of** relevant work **_experience_**, including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
- English, advanced level
- Demonstrated professional integrity and ethical qualities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions.
- High Level interpersonal skills; must be able to work across multiple levels and locations within the company, including establishing global partnerships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Results-oriented, able to meet deadlines under high pressure timelines
- Self
- starter that takes action beyond specific job responsibilities and assignments
