Chief Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced **Chief Python Developer**with a strong background in LLM engineering to lead the evolution of our platform and ensure seamless integration with client systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration across systems
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Advance the platform by designing and integrating AI/LLM functionalities
- Ensure high standards of code quality through testing, debugging, and review processes
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members
- Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in developing comprehensive technical solutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership and team management, with the ability to guide teams, influence project direction, and enforce technical best practices
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects or participation in multiple projects across various development lifecycle phases
- Hands-on experience with Python Web frameworks for developing dependable web solutions
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or above

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs
- Experience with system integrations using Genesys
- Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
- Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication systems
