**About the role**

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager who can combine data management and regulatory expertise to safeguard the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of our regulatory reporting.

**What you'll be doing**
- Contributing to developing the regulatory reporting team, framework, and operating model of Revolut in Mexico
- Designing and implementing identified business solutions
- Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper financial controls, robust documentation, and a change management approach in reporting areas
- Maintaining and developing high-quality relationships with business contributors
- Initiating, implementing, and optimizing reporting processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Communicating issues with appropriate data owners
- Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate solutions in reconciliations and report preparation
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Staying up-to-date on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting

**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of experience in a prudential regulatory reporting (CNBV, Annex 36) role in an established banking institution or consultancy firm
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulation, finance and accounting standards, and financial products and systems
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines with close attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills and an understanding of how project life cycles work
- A proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive, and implement change
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment

**Nice to have**
- Experience with SQL queries and data warehouses
